Shipping within Canada
We offer free shipping when you purchase minimum of $75 CAD (before tax).
We will ship all orders via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx with an estimated 5-7 business days for delivery.
If you choose to use Canada Post, please make sure you select the appropriate delivery method accordingly, shown below:

- Expedited Parcel (tracking and confirmation)

Shipping to US is now available! We ship to all major states in the US. Shipping will be handled via UPS or Canada Post then to USPS.

Refused Shipments
We will do our best to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact support@drbypetco.com so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available online.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation after 7 days of ordering, please contact us at support@drbypetco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!
